Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the 4mois French course. By enrolling you agree to them.

1. Who we are

4mois is a French language course operated from Lagos, Nigeria. Where these terms say “we” or “us”, they mean 4mois.

2. Enrolling on the course

You must be 16 or older to enrol. If you are under 18 you need permission from a parent or guardian. You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you give us at sign-up.

3. What you get

Access to six modules, 47 lessons, the module assessments and the DELF B1 mock exams, for as long as your plan is active. A 4mois certificate is issued when you complete all six modules and pass every assessment.

4. Payment and billing

The course costs ₦25,000 per month, or ₦80,000 paid once. Payments are processed by Paystack. We do not see or store your card details. Monthly plans renew automatically until you cancel.

5. Your account

Your account is for you alone. Do not share your login. We may suspend an account we believe is being shared or resold.

6. Acceptable use

Do not copy, record, redistribute or resell any part of the course. Do not attempt to access parts of the platform you have not paid for.

7. Our content

All lessons, videos, audio, diagrams and assessments remain our property. You may use them for your own learning only.

8. Cancelling

You may cancel a monthly plan at any time. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. See the Refunds policy for money back.

9. Changes to the course

We may add, improve or reorganise lessons. We will not remove a module you have already paid to access.

10. Liability

We provide the course in good faith but cannot guarantee a particular exam result. Your DELF B1 outcome depends on your own preparation and the official examiner.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
